2. Processing and Shipping

• Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may return the item(s) following our Return Policy.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

• If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Custom or Special Orders

• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once the order has been placed, as these are specifically prepared for you.
